Accessibility Statement
Last updated 9 October 2026
In short
- We want everyone to be able to shop on SelloPop, including people who use assistive technology.
- We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- Some product information comes from suppliers and may not be fully accessible yet. We are working on it.
- If something doesn’t work for you, email support@sellopop.com and we’ll help.
1. Our commitment
This statement applies to sellopop.com. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA and the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act for online shops. You should be able to:
- browse, search and buy using only a keyboard;
- use the site with screen readers such as VoiceOver, TalkBack and NVDA;
- zoom text up to 200% without losing content or functions;
- use the site on a phone in portrait or landscape;
- turn off animations using your device’s “reduce motion” setting;
- read text with enough colour contrast in light and dark mode.
2. How accessible this site is
We believe SelloPop partly meets WCAG 2.2 AA. These are the known issues:
- Product photos: many product images come from suppliers and may not have detailed text descriptions. Product titles and specifications are always available as text.
- Translated descriptions: some supplier descriptions are machine-translated and may read awkwardly.
- Images of text: some supplier product descriptions include text inside images.
- Payment forms: card payment fields are provided by our payment partners, whose accessibility we don’t control. We choose partners that publish accessibility commitments.
We are fixing these issues. We test new features with a keyboard and a screen reader before release.
3. Getting help or reporting a problem
If you can’t use part of SelloPop, need information in a different format, or want to report an accessibility problem, email support@sellopop.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days, and we can help you place an order by email if you need us to.
4. If you’re not happy with our response
If you live in the UK, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). If you live in the EU, you can contact the authority responsible for accessibility in your country.
