Shipping & Delivery
Last updated 9 October 2026
In short
- We deliver to all 27 EU countries, the UK, Norway and the US.
- Shipping is charged once per order, not per item, and it is free on orders of €59 or more.
- Every product page and your checkout show an estimated delivery window before you pay.
- Every parcel is tracked. For EU, UK and Norwegian orders within the import limits, VAT is already paid, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- If your parcel is late or lost, we replace it or refund you in full.
1. Where we deliver
| Country | VAT at checkout |
|---|---|
| All 27 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden | Included for orders up to €150 (EU IOSS) |
| United Kingdom | Included for orders up to £135 |
| Norway | Included for items under NOK 3,000 (VOEC) |
| United States | No VAT. Import duties may apply (see section 6) |
We can’t deliver to other countries yet, including Switzerland and Iceland. We are adding more over time.
2. What shipping costs
- One charge per order. Shipping is worked out for your whole order from the estimated weight of all your items and your country. Adding a second item usually costs little or nothing extra.
- Free shipping from €59. If the items in your order add up to €59 or more (after discounts, or the equivalent shown in your currency), shipping is free. Your cart shows how much more you need to add.
- Shown before you pay. Product pages show a “from” price for shipping. Your cart and checkout show the exact amount for your country.
- No second payment. You never pay extra shipping later, even if your items turn out heavier than we estimated, or your order is sent in more than one parcel.
- Express shipping. Where a faster service is available for your country and order, checkout offers it as an option with its own price and delivery window.
3. How delivery windows are calculated
We don’t hold stock, so your delivery window is made of four steps. We calculate each step from real averages for recent orders and show the result as a date range, for example “Delivery 12 to 19 Oct”.
| Step | Typical time |
|---|---|
| We buy your item from the supplier | 1 to 2 business days |
| The supplier delivers it to our warehouse in China | 2 to 5 days |
| We receive, check, weigh and pack your order | 1 to 2 business days |
| International shipping and local delivery | 6 to 12 business days, depending on your country |
Most orders arrive within the window shown at checkout. Things that can make it longer:
- public holidays in China, especially Chinese New Year (late January or February) and Golden Week (1 to 7 October), when suppliers and warehouses slow down. Windows shown during these periods already include the expected delay;
- customs checks, carrier delays and severe weather;
- items from different suppliers arriving at our warehouse on different days.
4. More than one parcel
If some items in your order are ready well before others, we may ship them in separate parcels so you aren’t kept waiting. You don’t pay extra for this, and each parcel gets its own tracking number.
5. Tracking
- We email you a tracking number when your parcel ships. You can also follow every item in your order, from purchase to delivery, in your account.
- Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show the first update after shipping.
- In some countries the parcel is handed to your local postal service for the final part of the journey and may get a new tracking number. We show it in your account when we receive it.
- If the carrier can’t deliver, they will usually leave a card or send a message so you can collect the parcel from a local pick-up point. Please collect it within the time they give you.
6. Customs, VAT and duties
- EU (orders up to €150): we collect VAT at checkout under IOSS and give our IOSS number to the carrier. You should not be asked for VAT on delivery.
- UK (orders up to £135): we collect UK VAT at checkout. No customs duty applies at this value.
- Norway (items under NOK 3,000): we collect Norwegian VAT at checkout under VOEC.
- Above these limits: checkout tells you before you pay. Import VAT and any duty are then charged by customs or the carrier when the parcel arrives.
- United States: import duties and carrier fees may apply. Checkout tells you before you pay whether they are included.
If you are asked to pay VAT on an order where we collected it at checkout, don’t pay it and contact us. If you have already paid, send us the receipt and we will refund it.
We always declare the real value of your parcel. We never mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.
7. Your delivery address
- You can change your delivery address until your parcel ships. After that, contact the carrier, who may be able to redirect it.
- Please include everything the carrier needs, such as your flat number and a phone number.
- If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it wasn’t collected, we will refund the items, but may deduct the original shipping cost. You can also ask us to reship it if you pay the new shipping cost.
8. Late or lost parcels
- Late: if your order hasn’t arrived by the last date of its delivery window, contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.
- Lost: if it still hasn’t arrived 10 days after the end of the window, we treat it as lost. We send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. You choose.
- You don’t need order insurance for this. Loss and damage in transit are always our responsibility.
See Buyer Protection for how to make a claim.
9. Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the items before throwing anything away, then contact us. We will replace or refund the damaged items.
